YOUR LOCAL WORKSPACEReady to start
  1. 01

    Prepare the engine

Download the public model once. The app checks local CPU and GPU speed before choosing an engine.

First use downloads the model and image-processing libraries.
  2. 02

    Choose your MRI

One 3D brain volume, in NIfTI format (.nii or .nii.gz). Or explore a public MNI template.

  3. 03

    Segment & explore

Inspect the overlay and export results on the original scan grid.

Prepare the engine to begin. Your scan will stay local.

What runs here?

JavaScript coordinates local WebAssembly image processing and ONNX inference. The first download needs internet access; segmentation stays on your device.

Which devices?

Start with a current desktop browser and at least 8 GB of RAM. GPU support varies; the CPU fallback can take several minutes. Phones, large scans and low-memory devices may not finish.

Privacy without a cookie banner

This app uses no cookies, analytics, accounts or scan storage. Ordinary website requests still reach the hosting provider; MRI data and results do not.

Research use

Inspect results carefully. An unexpected or empty segmentation is not a medical finding. For batch work, use the local Python tool.
